Filing Lawsuits
How the government application guides both parties through evidence, comments, and judge selection.
To keep the process efficient, lawsuits are filed through the government application rather than through a paperwork-heavy court system. The filing party starts the case by identifying the other party involved in the dispute.
From there, the system guides both sides through the case in turns. Each party is asked to submit its proofs, statements, and comments related to the dispute. This procedural exchange is managed by AI so the process stays organized without driving up administrative costs.
Once the record is developed, both parties are asked to choose a judge. Judge profiles are displayed with public information such as experience, ratings, support, and stated cost. If both parties agree on a judge, that judge takes the case. If they cannot agree, the highest-rated available judge is selected automatically.
The judge may request additional comments or supporting material before issuing the final ruling. Once the ruling is delivered, it is treated as binding on the parties.
