Introduction

An overview of how Liberland handles disputes, judge selection, costs, and enforcement.

The Justice module explains how Liberland aims to resolve disputes without building a needlessly heavy court bureaucracy. It focuses on practical conflict resolution: structured filing, evidence gathering, community-trusted judges, and binding rulings.

The system is designed to stay accessible and cost conscious while still giving both sides a fair process. Much of the procedural work is handled through the government application, and the final ruling is issued by a judge chosen from a public directory of approved candidates.
