Introduction

This module explains how Liberland relates to land, jurisdiction, and the practical question of where the community can live under its own principles. It covers the difference between a nation and a territory, Liberland's historic claim to Gornja Siga, and the alternative paths the community is exploring.

The central idea is that Liberland is not only a map claim. It is also a community, a jurisdiction, and a developing system of public rules and services that people can choose to adopt. Territory matters, but it is not the only thing that defines the nation.
