The Ministries and Other Operations
How additional state operations can be established on demand through Congress-approved budget decisions.
Ministries and other operational branches are not treated as permanent fixtures that must exist from the beginning. Instead, they can be established on demand when the community reaches a point where a dedicated operational body is genuinely needed.
Creating and maintaining such bodies requires state budget, and that budget is decided by Congress. In other words, ministries are not assumed into existence automatically; they are created when Congress decides the community should dedicate public resources to them.
At the moment, this administration does not maintain a standing ministry. That is expected to change over time as Liberland develops further and the community's practical needs become more complex.
