Introduction

The Governance module explains Liberland's official state bodies: who makes binding public decisions, who handles administration, and how new operational branches can be created when the community actually needs them.

Rather than assuming a large permanent bureaucracy from the start, Liberland's model stays relatively lean. The core structure centers on Congress, supporting clerks, and additional ministries or operations that can be established later if the community grows into them.
