Congress members decide about changes to existing laws, the enactment of new laws, and state budgeting, alongside a broader range of day-to-day community decisions that need collective direction.

In that sense, Congress is not just symbolic leadership. It is the body that turns community judgment, practical priorities, and public deliberation into concrete decisions with institutional effect.

The Congress meets every Monday at 16:00 Central European Time. These meetings are open, and all citizens are welcome to attend as well.
