Introduction
An overview of how Liberland uses initiatives, Virtues, and Congress selection to reward delivery and keep leadership active.
This module explains one of Liberland's central civic ideas: people who improve the community's wellbeing can ask the community to recognize that work through Virtues. Virtues then become both a record of delivered improvements and a pathway toward greater standing, responsibility, and leadership.
The system is designed to reward practical contribution rather than promises alone. A person first introduces a real improvement, then asks for a Virtues grant, and citizens judge whether the result already feels valuable enough to deserve the requested amount. Over time, this creates both an incentive system for builders and a visible track record of competence for leadership selection.
