Liberland Plans 30 Villas, Boutique Hotel and Longevity Clinic at Ark Village in Serbia

Liberland is preparing the next phase of development at Ark Village near Apatin, expanding the site with additional accommodation, hospitality, health, and recreational facilities designed to support longer-term use of the area.

The planned development includes 30 resort villas, a boutique hotel, a longevity clinic, and a spa, adding to the existing facilities at Ark Village. The site already includes accommodation, recreational infrastructure, coworking facilities, and a lake, and serves as a base for Liberland-related events and visitors in the region.

The development is part of Liberland's wider physical presence in the Danube region. Ark Village is located in Apatin, Serbia, and has become a meeting point for Liberlanders and international visitors attending events and activities in the area.

The next phase is intended to expand the site's capacity to host visitors, events, and international community activity throughout the year.

“The real test of an idea is whether people want to build their lives around it. Ark Village gives us the opportunity to do exactly that. We are moving from creating a place for events to creating a place for people to stay, work, connect, and build something that lasts.” stated Vít Jedlička, President of Liberland.
