Belgrade, Serbia | August 10, 2026 — The Free Republic of Liberland has officially opened its new representative office in Belgrade, establishing a permanent meeting point for Liberlanders, supporters, partners, and visitors in the Serbian capital.
Located in central Belgrade, the office will support Liberland’s representation and activities in Serbia and provide a local base for meetings, community events, and cooperation with regional partners. The office will be led by Liberland Representative Aleksandra Tasić, who will oversee its activities and community engagement.
The opening was attended by Liberland President and founder Vít Jedlička, members of the Liberland government, representatives of the Liberland community, and guests from Serbia and the wider region.
“Belgrade is an important city for Liberland and for our activities in the region,” said Vít Jedlička, President of Liberland. “Having a permanent presence here gives our community and our partners a place to meet and gives us a stronger base for our work in Serbia.”
The new representative office builds on Liberland’s existing presence in Serbia and expands its activities in the country’s capital.

Originating from a border dispute, its 7 km territory is now the third smallest sovereign state after the Vatican and Monaco.
