Mon 21 April, Liberland Ark Village, Serbia – Over the past week, the Liberland Popup City in Serbia has brought together thinkers, builders, and free spirits to explore what a self-sovereign community can look and feel like in real life.
Our Decentralized Space Week was a clear highlight, with participants engaging in meaningful discussions across disciplines such as space exploration, agriculture, energy, space nutrition, and philosophy. Mealtimes became moments of genuine connection, and the atmosphere reflected the spirit of collaboration and openness that defines Liberland.
As our international presence continues to grow, key members of our core team, including President Vít Jedlička, have been invited to take part in exclusive diplomatic and strategic engagements abroad. In the coming weeks, Liberland will be present in both the United Arab Emirates and Mauritius, where new partnerships, recognition efforts, and community expansion opportunities await.
With this shift in focus, the Popup City in Serbia will conclude earlier than originally outlined. This is a natural step in the evolution of our efforts. We see this moment not as a pause but as a transition into a broader phase of activity that remains aligned with our long-term goals.
Our commitment to building spaces for decentralized science, space innovation, and sovereign collaboration remains unchanged. We are deeply thankful to everyone who joined us, contributed ideas, and helped create an environment that felt alive with possibility.
This was only the beginning. We look forward to sharing what comes next.
