15 OCTOBER 2024, JEFFERSON SQUARE, LIBERLAND – Liberland has successfully held its first blockchain-based Congress elections, with Justin Sun, serial entrepreneur and founder of the TRON (TRX) network, emerging as the victor. President Vít Jedlička has nominated Justin Sun to serve as the acting Prime Minister of Liberland, marking a monumental moment in the nation's history. Prime Minister Sun's blockchain expertise and global prominence are set to play a crucial role in advancing Liberland’s decentralized infrastructure.
The first use of the Liberland election process marks a milestone in Liberland's governance, where immutability and accuracy were achieved, ensuring an indisputable election outcome.
